OUR POLICIES
We are a cashless + receptionless salon.
All scheduling must be done online or via email.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel/move an appointment; in the case 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, 50% of the service will be charged. No Show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled service and will need to be paid prior to future scheduling.
Adjustments must be made within two weeks of initial service.
